StoneGate Outdoors canvas Tipi and Bell tents are covered under normal use for manufacturer defects in the canvas for 12 months within Australia. This warranty does not extend to incurred damage to poles or zips as these are often misused and does not extend to damage to the canvas as a result of misuse or improper care (see duty of care). The warranty does not extend to customers who use this tent as a long-use structure.
If you notice a fault with your Tipi or Bell tent upon purchase, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may identify and rectify the situation.
Your legal consumer rights may still apply after the warranty period.
