Trailer is very well made, Janna helped me with unhitching the trailer at home, talking me through the process via phone conversation and sending photos. Very good service.
Good trailer at a good price. Unfortunately i have traveled out for the second time to collect the canvas cover but its not available when I was told telephonically it would be available. Very annoying. The place seems disorganized.
I went in around lunchtime to try source a trailer as I had to urgently get one, for a drive from Brisbane to WA that afternoon. Despite a fully booked workshop they were able to help me get the trailer I needed, squeeze it in to get a few modifications done (Canvas cover, upgraded wheels) all within a couple of hours. Kevin was a delight and couldn’t be more impressed with his genuine care factor and understanding. Thanks mate and to the team
